This is a breakdown of each floor:

• Ground Floor – There are 2 separate common bathrooms, an outdoor shower, as well as a separate fully equipped trailer. Trailer contains a bedroom, bathroom, and kitchenette. Approximately 250 sq ft.
• Second floor – Contains 2 separate suites, each with their own bathrooms. These are more like bedrooms with a bathroom, as the rock wall feature takes up some square footage. Each room would measure around 250 sq ft approximately. Views of the ocean and mountains from the shared balcony. Still under construction.
• Third floor – Contains 2 separate suites, each with their own bathrooms and will also have a kitchenette. Each suite is about 350 sq ft approximately. Great ocean and mountain views from the shared balcony. Still under construction.
• Fourth floor – Contains 2 separate finished suites, each with their own kitchenettes and bathrooms. Each suite measures about 500 sq ft approximately and have unobstructed views from their windows and shared balcony.
• Fifth floor – Common covered palapa area. Approximately 1000 sq ft. Magnificent unobstructed ocean views.
